Special Ability Mizu-Body Form-Zen Xeon was born with the ability to change his body into water of his own free will, but in order to do so it costs a constance amount of chakra keeping his water form stable. (He can stay in water form for about 10 posts at Zen's Power.) ,But this isn't Zen's only ability using his water form.
1) Zen can go into his water form at free will.
2)He has the ability to freeze parts or even his own body into ice of his own free will.
His water form works well against weapon attacks. They go right through him. His water form could is weak against lightning and earth attacks, but very weak against fire jutsus which may even evaporate himself off the face of the Ninja world.
He could also use his water form to grow bigger, but not too much. This could make him much stronger then usual. Sense water being his main element, and him having the ability to manipulate water helps him controling his full body water form. He could also instead of making his whole body go into water form he can make parts of his body go into water form with his own free will.
Other Abilities: Zen posses a great deal of speed and strength making up for the fact that he uses no genjutsu whatsoever. It also takes alot of strength to carry his giant cleaver everywhere he goes and he is also able to pick it up with one arm showing his great strength. He also posses full manipulation over water (Somewhat like gaara, but he has to do a few hand gestures to move the water around.)

Description: Powerful attack that creates a huge surge of wind in the shape of a dragon, which is sent towards the opponent. Large dragon, much like the Suiryuudan in size but made out of wind. If the victim is hit they will suffer great amounts of damage. It will seem as if he or she is stuck inside a tornado.
Sansai no Ketteiteki Shikiichi (Final Threshold of the Three Calamities of Fire, Flood and Storm)

Description: When a tornado is formed it picks up debris and sometimes other elements. A hurricane is a tornado on the water that has taken up the storm and water below it. Using this jutsu, the user performs it like they would a daikamaitachi, swings their fan and the wind is shot forth. The tornado hits the required elements and takes up a new form. Each element and form is a calamity.
Flood: If the tornado hits a body of water a massive whirlpool-like tornado is sent towards the victim. When it hits the ground or victim a large flood is sent forward that could crush or drown the victim(s)
Fire: If the tornado hits a fire it would pick up the flames and still be shot forward towards the victim. The tornado would take flame qualities and a “flaming spin-cycle” would ensue. If it hit the ground or victim an explosion would occur and a large fire would be started.
Storm: If the tornado absorbs electricity or a cloud the tornado would turn gray with lightning flashes being seen in the tornado. It would be a thunder storm crossed with a tornado shot towards a victim. Can only be used once per thread.

Description: This technique controls the density of water, similar to the water prison technique, but instead it is used when the target is already under or mostly under the water. This technique makes the water around the target force them under the water, and it holds them there until they drown. It is hard to pull off because by the time that the user has learned it, most of his/her opponents will have no trouble staying on top of the water using the water walking technique.

Description: This jutsu makes the target feel as if they have been submerged in water and cannot swim to the surface. It creates a horrified fear of drowning in the target, and they will struggle to try and hold their breath. The target can still breathe while under the effects of this jutsu, but will feel like they can't. as soon as they figure out that they can still breathe, the jutsu is dispelled. It is used to open the target's defenses temporarily, until they figure out that they are not actually drowning.

Description: By writing the proper "spell" on the scroll with a big circle and the symbol for the material you wish to store inside the circle, you can open a "portal" within the circle by using your charka on the scroll, with which you can pour and dump the material indicted in the symbol written in the circle inside. This allows you to store a vast amount of a single substance in a small space, the amount of material one is able to store based on the amount of charka used to make the portal. To reopen the portal, all anyone has to do is open the scroll and apply a steady amount of charka to keep the portal open.

This can be used to make someone forget about a certain event, possibly horrifying, or a big secret that you don't want to tell, but you wish to call upon at a later time, then this will prevent the target from accessing that memory until unsealed. A common problem with the jutsu is that it doesn't help preserve the memory, making it possible to forget the memory if left sealed for a long period of time.

This technique is used when the clone is holding an opponent or it happens to be the right time. This technique is effective for an escape plan or a quick and painful strike. Though the Byakugan can easily see what is going to happen, if they observe the clone.

Description: The Clone Water Wall is a ninjutsu technique that is used to protect Zen's original body. Though if this technique is assisted with another clone, the wall will harden with chakra and it really will cause an actual wall of water. Using the water clones is only part of the distraction though.

After pouring the chakra, after entering within five meters of Zen, the tentacles will rise and try to capture the opponent. The tentacles with restrain the target from actually moving.

Description: Its used to clean up dead bodies on the battle field. Since the person is dead, they have no need of their body, so this jutsu allows to user to dispose of the body by sucking out all the remaining nutrients and form it into chakra. Kinda like cannibalism chakra style. It regens chakra. After it is complete, the body will vaporize completely leaving no remains. So its a perfect clean up job.
-Good Side: Chakra regen, (very little,but enough to make a difference when you low on chakra).
-Bad Side: Once jutsu starts, takes like 5 min to be complete, so you can't be disrupted. If disrupted, the corpse has a 50 percent chance to reanimate and attack you. Because you are messing with its nutrients in the body and chakra, it may reanimate the body attack anyone around.

The user makes electricity flow through any body of water he touches after doing the correct handsigns. They need to do the handsigns every time they use the Jutsu, it doesn’t “stay on”. If the ground is wet, then it will cover the entire ground. The size and power of the skill is equal to how much Chakra is used. The user cannot get hurt by the electricity.
Shoudou Sutoikku no Jutsu (Static Impulse)

This jutsu uses a small amount of static Chakra to nullify the user's body. However, afterwards it is usually a small bit harder to move until the muscles relax. This Jutsu can be used on other people in high voltages to make it hard for them to move. If a shinobi were to use this a very large number of times it could permanently damage their muscles. Using it for too long could do the same too.
Mizu Kyuu no Jutsu (Gathering of Water Skill)

This Jutsu is used to gather water for water based attacks. After doing the correct handsigns the user's hands glow a light blue with Chakra as water is attracted to the area. If the hands came in direct contact with a person, it wouldn't do much but dehydrate them, but that could be a weapon in it's own respect.
Raikou Touza no Jutsu (Current of Lighting)

A much more powerful version of the Current of Thunder Jutsu. The electricty is strong enough to evaporate small amounts of water on the ground though, meaning it can't be used very often in simply moist areas. If used in a fairly dry area (Konoha after a small rain), it could possibly set things on fire from the electricty.
Suto-mu Bushin no Jutsu (Storm Clone Skill)

This is a simple Water Clone Jutsu where the water clones are made with small amounts of electricity. This being the case, they cannot stray to far from the actual shinobi or the electrical Chakra will cease. The electricty's power can be increased/decreased by focusing different amounts of Chakra. Mostly used by Chuunin (due to the constant use of a fairly large amount of Chakra for a clone) although Genin are able to learn it

Description: Upon doing a string of handseals the user creates a storm depending of the chakra fed to the jutsu. Someone like Zen can create a massive storm in a matter of 3 posts upon using the jutsu. When Zen uses this jutsu three elements are used in it: Fuuton, raiton, and suiton. Lightning strikes down as well as heavy rains and strong gust of winds. This jutsu can last more then 15 posts.

Description:
This forbidden summoning technique allows the user to revive the dead. The user must first sacrifice a living human in order to tie the deceased person's soul to the world (unlike the normal summoning technique, which only requires some of the user's blood). The sacrificed body is then surrounded with dirt and dust that compacts into the shape of the summoned soul's original body. The resurrected person then rises from the ground in a wooden coffin. At first, the person appears pale and dirty, as most undead are portrayed. The user has to restore their appearance through a special seal.
When revived, the person remembers everything they once did. Because of this, the revived person is not completely under the user's control. With the same seal that restores the revived person's appearance, their personality can be erased, thus putting them under the user's complete control. The summoned person can't be killed and any damage to them regenerates. The soul must be removed from the body in order to kill the resurrected person. This technique can be used to summon multiple people at once, depending on the amount of sacrifices and the chakra level of the user.
Orochimaru uses this technique during his battle with the Third Hokage in the Invasion of Konoha arc to summon the First and Second Hokages. He had also intended to summon someone else, but the Third prevented the final summon. In the anime, the coffin partially rises from the ground, and the symbol on it suggests that the Fourth Hokage was the final summon. In the manga, the Third stops the final summon before it can even be attempted, so the occupant of the coffin is left more ambiguous.

-Weapon Ability: Able to store chakra within it making the sword lighter to the user who stored the chakra within, but making it heavier to a person who tries to pick it up who isn't the person who stored the chakra within it.
History: Zen Xeon was born in the Mist Village. His father was the Mizukage at the time of his childhood. His mother was the head medic of the village. Zen trained hard as a child and was thought to be a very skilled and gifted student in the acadamy.
He mastered all the three basic techniques without any problem whatsoever. Upon his boost in rank to the rank of genin he began serious training. His father the mizukage taught him the salamander summoning and many more jutsus over this period of time. Suddenly, after a year and a half of being a genin a war broke out among the mist village and the sand village. Zen kept on with his training. The chuunin exams came around and he knew he was ready to rank-up.
The chuunin exams were challenging, but he still passed through with ease. Once he was a chuunin he started to learn techinques known as 'Prism Releases'. Zen was happier then ever before. He was the strongest genin in the village. People thought of the prodigy child Zen as a jounin-rank ninja. His father kept on with training him. He even went into the war to fight acouple of battles, and every mission/battle he went on, it would always turn out sucessful. His father decided to boost Zen to the rank of Jounin for his contributions to the war effort.
Zen was excited upon becoming a jounin and his father couldn't be more proud then ever, but sadly his father died in an assasination planned out by the kazekage himself. Zen wept and mourn over the death of his father. The council of the village decided to appoint Zen Xeon as the had of the village. He accepted to let his 'father's legacy' to live on. Zen was very young upon acheiving the posistion of Mizukage, but he still took on this responsibility.
He is truely hiding the reason on how his father died, but Zen killed him in a battle for the village. He won easily and after Zen used his body consuming jutsu to get rid of his father's body and all the evidence that he had killed him. Zen has a new plan to take over all other villages, but some of his memory is sealed in a special scroll.

Fuuton Furyuu no Jutsu (Wind Dragon)

Description: Creates a dragon formed from wind. The dragon looks like a large serpent, a traditional Chinese dragon that is twenty feet long. The dragon has a red mane and the rest of his body borders light blue. The color is not distinct because the wind manipulates it from its color to transparency. The dragon can shoot Kaze Kongou from its mouth.

Description: After the user wipes their own blood on the area in front of them or on the offensive weapon they intend to use for the attack, Daikamaitachi No Jutsu is prepared as normal. But instead, when the wind is released, a large summoned weasel, as well as a long pole, two short sickles and a container becomes shaped out of the wind. This is a much more intensified gust of wind that is able to chop down trees with ease.

Kaze Kiri no Jutsu (Wind Drill Technique)

Description: The user creates another arrow from his mouth that is fired from the mouth. This time though the arrow is in the shape of a drill, much like the arrow Kidoumaro uses in his last attack against Neji. The drill passes through stone and tree but once it hits the ground it dispels. This arrow can drill through a person.

Fuuton Kazeryuudan no Jutsu

Description: Powerful attack that creates a huge surge of wind in the shape of a dragon, which is sent towards the opponent. Large dragon, much like the Suiryuudan in size but made out of wind. If the victim is hit they will suffer great amounts of damage. It will seem as if he or she is stuck inside a tornado.
Sansai no Ketteiteki Shikiichi (Final Threshold of the Three Calamities of Fire, Flood and Storm)

Description: When a tornado is formed it picks up debris and sometimes other elements. A hurricane is a tornado on the water that has taken up the storm and water below it. Using this jutsu, the user performs it like they would a daikamaitachi, swings their fan and the wind is shot forth. The tornado hits the required elements and takes up a new form. Each element and form is a calamity.
Flood: If the tornado hits a body of water a massive whirlpool-like tornado is sent towards the victim. When it hits the ground or victim a large flood is sent forward that could crush or drown the victim(s)
Fire: If the tornado hits a fire it would pick up the flames and still be shot forward towards the victim. The tornado would take flame qualities and a “flaming spin-cycle” would ensue. If it hit the ground or victim an explosion would occur and a large fire would be started.
Storm: If the tornado absorbs electricity or a cloud the tornado would turn gray with lightning flashes being seen in the tornado. It would be a thunder storm crossed with a tornado shot towards a victim. Can only be used once per thread.

Requirements: Target is already almost completely under water. Water must be natural (not created with a jutsu).
Description: This technique controls the density of water, similar to the water prison technique, but instead it is used when the target is already under or mostly under the water. This technique makes the water around the target force them under the water, and it holds them there until they drown. It is hard to pull off because by the time that the user has learned it, most of his/her opponents will have no trouble staying on top of the water using the water walking technique.

Description: This jutsu makes the target feel as if they have been submerged in water and cannot swim to the surface. It creates a horrified fear of drowning in the target, and they will struggle to try and hold their breath. The target can still breathe while under the effects of this jutsu, but will feel like they can't. as soon as they figure out that they can still breathe, the jutsu is dispelled. It is used to open the target's defenses temporarily, until they figure out that they are not actually drowning.

Description: This jutsu creates a seal over the user's heart which idly stores any excess charka he/she produces for later use. This stored charka can't be used without reversing the jutsu and breaking the seal. The main problem to using this seal is that it takes longer to recover charka while the seal is active.

Description: By writing the proper "spell" on the scroll with a big circle and the symbol for the material you wish to store inside the circle, you can open a "portal" within the circle by using your charka on the scroll, with which you can pour and dump the material indicted in the symbol written in the circle inside. This allows you to store a vast amount of a single substance in a small space, the amount of material one is able to store based on the amount of charka used to make the portal. To reopen the portal, all anyone has to do is open the scroll and apply a steady amount of charka to keep the portal open.

Description: After performing the proper handsigns, the user places his/her hand on top of the target's head, and after a few minutes of great concentration, seal off a memory or certain set of memories. This can be used to make someone forget about a certain event, possibly horrifying, or a big secret that you don't want to tell, but you wish to call upon at a later time, then this will prevent the target from accessing that memory until unsealed. A common problem with the jutsu is that it doesn't help preserve the memory, making it possible to forget the memory if left sealed for a long period of time.

Description: The Water Clone Eruption Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique, that i used in Zen new style of jutsu, that uses the Mizu Bunshin. By summoning a couple of water clones, the user is able to use them to his/her likings. By focusing the chakra, all into the center of the clone, it will explode. This technique is used when the clone is holding an opponent or it happens to be the right time. This technique is effective for an escape plan or a quick and painful strike. Though the Byakugan can easily see what is going to happen, if they observe the clone.

Description: The Clone Water Wall is a ninjutsu technique that is used to protect Zen's original body. Though if this technique is assisted with another clone, the wall will harden with chakra and it really will cause an actual wall of water. Using the water clones is only part of the distraction though.

Description: Because his clan is based on an octopus, Zen created this attack. By pouring chakra from his fingers, Zen will form tentacles of water inside of the water source. Using this, the tentacles will rise from the water. These are activated by sensory or activation of Zen. This technique is meant to trap. After pouring the chakra, after entering within five meters of Zen, the tentacles will rise and try to capture the opponent. The tentacles with restrain the target from actually moving.

Description: Its used to clean up dead bodies on the battle field. Since the person is dead, they have no need of their body, so this jutsu allows to user to dispose of the body by sucking out all the remaining nutrients and form it into chakra. Kinda like cannibalism chakra style. It regens chakra. After it is complete, the body will vaporize completely leaving no remains. So its a perfect clean up job.
-Good Side: Chakra regen, (very little,but enough to make a difference when you low on chakra).
-Bad Side: Once jutsu starts, takes like 5 min to be complete, so you can't be disrupted. If disrupted, the corpse has a 50 percent chance to reanimate and attack you. Because you are messing with its nutrients in the body and chakra, it may reanimate the body attack anyone around.
Ikadzuchi Touza no Jutsu (Current Of Thunder)

The user makes electricity flow through any body of water he touches after doing the correct handsigns. They need to do the handsigns every time they use the Jutsu, it doesn’t “stay on”. If the ground is wet, then it will cover the entire ground. The size and power of the skill is equal to how much Chakra is used. The user cannot get hurt by the electricity.
Shoudou Sutoikku no Jutsu (Static Impulse)

This jutsu uses a small amount of static Chakra to nullify the user's body. However, afterwards it is usually a small bit harder to move until the muscles relax. This Jutsu can be used on other people in high voltages to make it hard for them to move. If a shinobi were to use this a very large number of times it could permanently damage their muscles. Using it for too long could do the same too.
Mizu Kyuu no Jutsu (Gathering of Water Skill)

This Jutsu is used to gather water for water based attacks. After doing the correct handsigns the user's hands glow a light blue with Chakra as water is attracted to the area. If the hands came in direct contact with a person, it wouldn't do much but dehydrate them, but that could be a weapon in it's own respect.
Raikou Touza no Jutsu (Current of Lighting)

A much more powerful version of the Current of Thunder Jutsu. The electricty is strong enough to evaporate small amounts of water on the ground though, meaning it can't be used very often in simply moist areas. If used in a fairly dry area (Konoha after a small rain), it could possibly set things on fire from the electricty.
Suto-mu Bushin no Jutsu (Storm Clone Skill)

This is a simple Water Clone Jutsu where the water clones are made with small amounts of electricity. This being the case, they cannot stray to far from the actual shinobi or the electrical Chakra will cease. The electricty's power can be increased/decreased by focusing different amounts of Chakra. Mostly used by Chuunin (due to the constant use of a fairly large amount of Chakra for a clone) although Genin are able to learn it

Description: Upon doing a string of handseals the user creates a storm depending of the chakra fed to the jutsu. Someone like Zen can create a massive storm in a matter of 3 posts upon using the jutsu. When Zen uses this jutsu three elements are used in it: Fuuton, raiton, and suiton. Lightning strikes down as well as heavy rains and strong gust of winds. This jutsu can last more then 15 posts.

Description:
This forbidden summoning technique allows the user to revive the dead. The user must first sacrifice a living human in order to tie the deceased person's soul to the world (unlike the normal summoning technique, which only requires some of the user's blood). The sacrificed body is then surrounded with dirt and dust that compacts into the shape of the summoned soul's original body. The resurrected person then rises from the ground in a wooden coffin. At first, the person appears pale and dirty, as most undead are portrayed. The user has to restore their appearance through a special seal.
When revived, the person remembers everything they once did. Because of this, the revived person is not completely under the user's control. With the same seal that restores the revived person's appearance, their personality can be erased, thus putting them under the user's complete control. The summoned person can't be killed and any damage to them regenerates. The soul must be removed from the body in order to kill the resurrected person. This technique can be used to summon multiple people at once, depending on the amount of sacrifices and the chakra level of the user.
Orochimaru uses this technique during his battle with the Third Hokage in the Invasion of Konoha arc to summon the First and Second Hokages. He had also intended to summon someone else, but the Third prevented the final summon. In the anime, the coffin partially rises from the ground, and the symbol on it suggests that the Fourth Hokage was the final summon. In the manga, the Third stops the final summon before it can even be attempted, so the occupant of the coffin is left more ambiguous.

-Weapon Ability: Able to store chakra within it making the sword lighter to the user who stored the chakra within, but making it heavier to a person who tries to pick it up who isn't the person who stored the chakra within it.
History: Zen Xeon was born in the Mist Village. His father was the Mizukage at the time of his childhood. His mother was the head medic of the village. Zen trained hard as a child and was thought to be a very skilled and gifted student in the acadamy.
He mastered all the three basic techniques without any problem whatsoever. Upon his boost in rank to the rank of genin he began serious training. His father the mizukage taught him the salamander summoning and many more jutsus over this period of time. Suddenly, after a year and a half of being a genin a war broke out among the mist village and the sand village. Zen kept on with his training. The chuunin exams came around and he knew he was ready to rank-up.
The chuunin exams were challenging, but he still passed through with ease. Once he was a chuunin he started to learn techinques known as 'Prism Releases'. Zen was happier then ever before. He was the strongest genin in the village. People thought of the prodigy child Zen as a jounin-rank ninja. His father kept on with training him. He even went into the war to fight acouple of battles, and every mission/battle he went on, it would always turn out sucessful. His father decided to boost Zen to the rank of Jounin for his contributions to the war effort.
Zen was excited upon becoming a jounin and his father couldn't be more proud then ever, but sadly his father died in an assasination planned out by the kazekage himself. Zen wept and mourn over the death of his father. The council of the village decided to appoint Zen Xeon as the had of the village. He accepted to let his 'father's legacy' to live on. Zen was very young upon acheiving the posistion of Mizukage, but he still took on this responsibility.
He is truely hiding the reason on how his father died, but Zen killed him in a battle for the village. He won easily and after Zen used his body consuming jutsu to get rid of his father's body and all the evidence that he had killed him. Zen has a new plan to take over all other villages, but some of his memory is sealed in a special scroll.
