Amegaki walked through the village with his Flak Jacket on his body. He yawned a bit before looking around to see how boring the village was. He was going to lighten it up no matter what it costed. It seemed that there were very few ninja in this village which made it very easy to be the best here. He didn't want that although it would make his work much easier. He wanted someone to challenge him. Nothing fatal, of course, just something interesting. He was like the only chuunin in the village and he hadn't seen the Hokage in days, maybe weeks. He walked around the cobbled stone awaiting for somone to do something interesting.

((OOC: Yes I am performing the Uber Kage travel jump. Seeing as There is really no need for me to be anywhere else. ))
Shikon had walked through the gates of Konoha with only some difficulty. Seeing as it was a strange day when the Riakage would walk through the village gates of Konoha. And seeing as the Hokage was not around at that time it could have caused some potential problems. though Shikon was able to convince the gaurds that he was here only to pick up a sword for the chuunin exams. It was part of the ceremony after all. When they were told that the exams might have to be cancelled if Shikon did not get this sword and the fault would be theres, then Shikon was almost pushed up the streets of the village to retrieve it.
Shikon walked up the stone streets of the village with a caution. He did not know the people around here, and did not know the streets at all. He was forced to listen to the faint echo of his footsteps as the buildings around him sent the sound waves back to his ears. It was an easy task to decipher the noise and figure out where the buildings, people, and market stalls laying around him where. After using his ears as a mian sorce of information for 11 years, it was something that simnply came to him.
' Yes, and you subborness would simply plow through the wooden buildings even if they happen to stand in your way." Ailan chuckled from inside the dark corner of his mind. He was always trying to get Shikon angry these days. Mabey Ailan just wanted some excitement, but Shikon was not having it.
Perhaps you are correct, but you better watch who is talking Ailan. Your much more stubborn than I." There was a silent response in Shikon's head when he said this. It seems that Ailan was simply put in his place for once. But after a few seconds a hysterical laughter erupted showing that Ailan was getting even a better kick out of this. Shikon shut him out of his thoughts for a second and then began again to listen around him. He needed to find the blacksmith, but he had no idea where that was. He listened around him picking up conversations, but nothing remotly close to what he was looking for. He heard a pair of footsteps from behind him that seemed more distinct than the others. As if they had a bit of authority behind them.
Shikon spun around and with a swift hand tapped the figure once on hi shoulder. He then quickly drew his hand back in a lightning fast movement and stood waiting for a response from the person. As an after thought he said in a quite but polite tone..." Excuse me, can you help me?'....
